S.E.S.’s Bada Shares Heartfelt Thoughts on Her 28th Debut Anniversary: ‘I Flew with Broken Wings’

Singer Bada, formerly of the group S.E.S., shared her deep feelings and expressed gratitude to her fans on her 28th debut anniversary.

On the 28th, Bada posted a long and sincere message on her Instagram along with several recent photos. In the photos, Bada captivated onlookers with her unchanging innocent visuals, smiling elegantly in a pure white chiffon dress.

Bada introduced herself, saying, ‘I am Bada, the lead vocalist of S.E.S., South Korea’s first female idol group,’ and added, ‘I’ve asked myself countless times how someone as lacking and weak as me could have come this far.’ She continued, revealing her candid emotions, ‘There were many days when I felt like I had failed, thinking that despite my hard work, I hadn’t fully reaped the rewards.’

She recalled difficult times, saying, ‘A cold rain fell in my heart and didn’t melt for a long time.’ However, she revealed her characteristic strength, adding, ‘But whenever I stood on stage again, I spread my wings with all my might, even if they were broken.’

Bada also mentioned her solo song ‘MAD’ as the track she cherishes the most, describing it as ‘the song that allowed me to survive with broken wings.’ She added, ‘These days, my life and the stage are peaceful. I want to acknowledge myself for standing tall without giving up,’ drawing cheers from her fans.
