He thinly sliced 10 cloves of garlic and separated the white and green parts of the scallions to use for making scallion oil. He then prepared and trimmed the large shrimp himself, removing the heads and shells, and expressed his satisfaction, saying, “The color is so pretty.”

Jungkook made scallion oil by heating scallions and shrimp heads in olive oil, then added garlic, peperoncino, and pepper in order and stir-fried them. Afterwards, he mixed water, sea urchin roe soy sauce, heavy cream, butter, and sugar to create a unique umami flavor. After adding linguine noodles and stir-frying them together, he grated cheese, tasted it, and nodded repeatedly, saying, “It’s delicious. It’s excellent.”

The finished dish was ‘Sea Urchin Roe Soy Sauce Cream Shrimp Pasta.’ Jungkook plated it and topped it with scallions and grated cheese, exclaiming, “The seasoning is excellent. You could sell this.” He particularly raised fans’ expectations by saying, “I want to make pasta that doesn’t exist in the world,” and teased his next dish as ‘Doenjang Curry Pasta.’

Jungkook’s cooking live broadcast not only shared his delicious food but also his natural performance, visuals, and facial expressions in real-time, igniting a passionate response from fans.

Jungkook has been consistently creating cooking content by making and showcasing various recipes such as ‘Bulguri,’ ‘Truffle Cream Pasta,’ ‘Perilla Oil Makguksu,’ and ‘Ramen Porridge.’
